Africa's first Youth Olympics open in Senegal amid hope and scrutiny

Senegal is hosting Africa's first Youth Olympics, with 2,700 young athletes competing in Dakar, Diamniadio and Saly. The Games bring pride and hope, but also questions over cost, rights and legacy.
